What the email says

Up, down, or same is where you sat in the normal Google results versus yesterday. Those are the usual list of websites under the map. Lower is better: #5 yesterday and #3 today is up. The local pack is the map box of (usually) three businesses at the top of the page. It is separate. You can be in one, both, or neither. Named competitors are other sites you ask us to list.
